good cycle for weight loss

Im new to this site but I have been reading it a lot. So I have been trying to find a good combination to lose some extra weight. Im 6'1" 235 and 22 years old. I have a good work out and strict diet but no matter what I do I cant lose the extra weight. I want to get down to about 200-210. Any advice would be greatly appreciated like I said im just out of ideas and I have been trying to lose the extra bit for about 9 months now and no matter what I do i can only get down to 230. have you tried the nutrition forum yet there are some really qualified guys in there that will help you critique your diet

^^ yep. Wouldnt hurt to have some pro's critique your diet.

Post your diet and how often do you go out drinking?
