    first cycle and i am looking for experienced person to guide me

    Stats
    Age 28
    Weight 185
    Height 6'1
    Training over 10 years
    Deadlift 450 raw
    Squat 485 raw
    Bench 255
    Clean and press 195
    Healthy diet I get between 250 and 300 protein a day with good carbs/fats
    My first cycle I am 8 days into it deca 200mg a week test prop 150mg eod
    I am taking dim to help with estrogen and I will be taking clomid pct

    Your diet isnt good beacuse you are on the light side for your ht.You should be running only test 1st cycle and pct is nova and clomid.Hit the diet section and post your diet.They can help.

    Thank you I will do that. I have a hard time gaining weight one of the main reasons I'm on cycle. I look big but weight is to low. Any other advice.

    Agree with Songdog. What about an AI and HCG during your cycle?

    To gain weight, train legs and eat. But if you look good, who cares? It's just a number.

    That cycle will pack on the pounds for you, but it'll be A LOT of water weight. As suggested, get on an AI (like Arimidex ) to keep your estrogen levels in check.

    Do it right. Be smart.

    Thanks guys. I am dropping the deca because from the feedback I'm getting is that it is not a good choice for me right now because its my first cycle as well as I want to not gain so much water weight. I already pinned it twice hope that does not matter to much at 200mg a week. And I am taking dim for estrogen stabilize but I can get adex if its needed.
