Front loading long esters, outdated?

Is front loading a long ester like Test E an outdated protocol?
Different boards seem to have different opinions on this.

Also say you where running 750mg test e per week how would that be front loaded?

I would imagine that if you were frontloading 750mg you would just do 2 pins a week of 750mg for the first 2 weeks. You would get a 1.5g in the first 2 weeks then just continue on with your 750mg/wk for the remainder of your cycle. That's my understaning, some vets might be able to help you out in depth more then I can.
