Possible infection, please help

Three days ago I did a delt injection of about 1.5 ml of a combo of sust and deca. I didn't have any unusual pain or anything during or after the shot, but this morning I woke up with a hard lump on my delt. There is no discoloration at all. The lump is getting more painfull, although it is not to bad, and it is growing. I did everything by the book exept that the needle I used to draw out the juice was jammed so I had to use a new needle and surynge to draw the juice out of the surynge with the jammed needle. Anyone with experience in this please respond. Thanks

the pains not to bad I was just worried about a possible infection but if it doesn't sound like one then im not worried about it.

if infection it would be hot to the touch and red

i never recomend sus or deca in delts to thick and long acting---i aways do them in hip or thigh
