And if you are getting hungry why not just add some more vegetables like broccoli, green beans etc in your diet. They have practically no calories in them and they are full of nutrients

Add cinnamon to whatever you can, it will help curb sugar cravings...

If you get hungry, think about something else and drink water and water and after more water. That is the downside of being in a cutting diet, but how bad do you really want it!!!?

You can try eating more meals throughout the day with fewer calories in each. Caffeine helps too but like mentioned above, you get used to it after a couple weeks.

Yeah same here, small 400-700 cal meals do nothing for me

Now gimme a couple steaks and 150g uncooked weight brown rice, fry couple eggs and veg into it and that would do me for half a.day from a appetite perspective that is lol

    Edit

    Poor meal when cutting though....

Yeah a 3/4 lbs burger or nice amount of steak will definitely put me out for about half a day as well. Red meat for me is a killer when it comes to slow digestion!!

My cutting diet always consist of very lean red meat as the primary source of anabolic protein, with a very large serving of dark green vegetables, steamed and drizzled with 3 tps of EVOO.

The idea here is that a) nothing keeps me as full as red meat, meaning nothing suppresses my hunger for as long b) veggies that are packed with fiber really helps to keep full also c) I am carb sensitive, which means I have to cut on carbs more drastically than most, lucky me I am not sensitive to fat at all so I can get plenty of calories/energy from it and also utilize healthy fat sources to keep the cravings away.

Plenty of water, black coffee without any cream or sugar, ECA, meditation, taking a nap to restore energy levels a bit and etc. are the side kicks.

Try to avoid boredom, I always seem to get hungry when I'm bored. Also eat a lot of lean protein, and for your carbs try to get slow digesting carbs like "real" oatmeal and brown rice. If you're just starting out it's going to be a little harder now then it will be in a week or two. Also water helps just by putting something in your stomach.

Eat every 2 hours and look for some low calorie healthy snacks like carrotts/veggies or even some fruits.
