    Ldl hdl results after 3weeks and a half of win.Suggestions??

    Hdl:21
    Ldl:90
    I still have 2 weeks and a half win.
    My cycle is 8 weeks of:
    1-8: 100mg eod of prop
    2-8: 50mg ed of win.
    Adex: 0.25 eod.

    Stick with it man. Not much you can do at this point. I hear adex kinda contributes to your cholesterol being out of wack. I personally use aromasin instead for this reason. There are pills that you can take for your cholesterol, like Niaspan (nicotinic acid) but it does take a toll on your liver when taken for prolonged periods of time.

    lol.. nah man you're not gonna die. There are people with way worse cholesterol. I would keep an eye on blood pressure though. 3 weeks isn't gonna make it that much worse. How's your diet?

    My blood pressure is taken daily 4 times/day: its always 12/7.
    Diet is in check also. Crossing fingers!!

    cholesterol takes years to build up as plaque in your blood vessels. 2-3 more wks is nothing. and your readings aren't that bad anyway. nothing to worry for now. increase your cardio and fruits and vege intake if you can.

    Simple, theres a lot of remedies out there to fix up your cholesterol so its not the end of the world.... THOUGH it is a MAJOR issue to have bad cholesterol, drink a lot of water, stay away from alcohol no matter what.

    Try supp Vit E, my uncle has cholesterol issues and he fixes it up with supp good Vit E try 2/3x 500iu

    Guys am worried about my good cholesterol not bad! The hdl is too low thats whats worrying me.

    I would suggest adding more essential fatty acids to your diet, especially fish oil and extra virgin olive oil. You can also add in fruits like Avocado and Pomegranate to your diet, which are awesome for cleansing blood and supply a healthy source of fat. Also, believe it or not, coconut oil is a really great source of saturated fat that is shown to improve overall health. Good luck bro your results aren't too bad. How are your triglycerides looking?

    Did you also notice that the LDL is also low? You also forgot to quote the total chol and the ratio.

    Nicotinic acid has been clinically proven to raise HDL thus lowering LDL. This is why doctors prescribe Niaspan. You can take over the counter stuff but you may get a flush from it. You cant go to the store and buy any Niacin though, look at the label, it HAS to say nicotinic acid. If it says it's niacin in the form of Inositol Nicotinate, it does not work.

    give us all the numbers, total chol, ratio and TG. dont get all jumpy just with one number, look at everything at the same time.

    I agree with the fatty acids. you need to up the omega 3's and stay away from fried foods and oils (minus olive)

    I would be taking 6 omega's a day, with vit e, a, and c (3grams a day)

    how come the hdl and ldl numbers are different from your first post? anyway, everything is low, including the total and the bad. so i won't worry too much about any danger in the short term. increase your cardio and eat more fiber, fruits and vege. hdl will come back up.
