newbie first cycle
I am running 150mg eod of test prop would it be to much if I up it to 175 or 200mg eod and why?
Also what kinda gains strength and physique should I expect with good diet and workout if I run 10 to 12 weeks?

Been training ten years plus but this is first cycle
Deadlift 450 raw
Squat 485 raw
Bench 255
Clean and press 195
I just came off a city so my power is down on these stats

Yeah I'm getting great feedback today. I'm going to stick to 150mg eod and I'm going to run 9 weeks only. Thanks guys.

Not playing with anyone just trying to get answers fast from different people so I have it all figured out and to be truthful I'm new and this forum stuff is confusing sorry about the mistake just want to do this right.....
