26 230lbs arimidex as ai, working out 5-6 yrs, diet is in check

And just running clomid for pct, I have it written down at home the dosages I will be taking, 2 weeks after last shot starting clomid....
I feel it's 2 weeks at 200 and 2 weeks at 100, does that seem correct? And a good enough pct? Should I have diff dosage or add something else?

no. standard protocols for that cycle are..
clomid 100/50/50/50
nolva 40/40/20/20
