Tren says NO to cardio after 20 minutes.
How the heck do you overcome this shin pump? My legs buckle at 20 minutes. I'm 4 weeks into Tren A and I just introduced 80mg of var and T3 for the last 4 weeks to help with this cut. So the Last thing I need is my cardio hindered.

Because its effing painful and uncomfortable. Could be the var causing it, I had the same thing on test tren var, some days were worse than others I think I just pushed through it and eventually it wasnt so bad. I took bcaas and taurine but did t seem to help much :-/

I get winded on one flight of stairs. I couldn't run for twenty minutes if I wanted to. Be happy with that. Tren destroys my cardio

I am running the same but I dont get those pumps thank God.Sometimes my shins hurt but it goes away.
