    AR clen

    So I got me some clen from ar an wondering what is Mg of each capsule been reading all about how to take it but I just received the bottle today but don't know how much each.capsule is it.say.b12 mcg then clen 577 Mg ? I'm just confused if someone can plz help me out on the right way to take it

    Well I think I answered my question I guess each pill is 20mcg lol I notice I forgot the c when I was asking
