Arimidex/HCG help plz

Many years in the gym and MMA expierience.
Currently on week 2 of my cycle.
12 weeks of Test C @ 250mg a week adding Anavar @60mg a day for weeks 6 to twelve. Nolva and clomid for pct.
My Arimidex is arriving tomorrow. My question is, based on this low dose I was considering .25mg e3d. What would you suggest?
Secondly, I ran Anavar last year without any HCG but did use Nolva post. Based on my doses and gear can I go without?

yes that would be a good start dose for the a-dex.
the hcg would help so if you have it i would use it. 250iu 2x a week up till pct

Another AI related question. I am now into week 5 of Test only, and the acne is starting to develop. Will the inclusion of an AI assist in controlling that? Would an increase in estrogen be related to the hormones responsible for acne increase? So taking an AI decrease the estrogen, hence reducing the acne?
