    Time on - time off

I was wondering what the minimum amount of time is that you need to cycle off between cycles. I know the standard is time on plus pct equals time off. Just wondering if that's the bare minimum or can you go shorter without damaging yourself.

the best way to know for sure if your body is ready is blood work, if you've made a full recovery after PCT, get blood work done, if all is well, you COULD cycle again, but I would definanty let your body produce its own hormones for a while after recovery.

I agree with above. I've seen people that wait for normal numbers on there BW before determining if they're ready to go on cycle again. Your body needs rest and recovery as well, wouldn't hurt to wait the time off/time on regardless of the BW numbers. I believe it would be in your best interest to do so.

I understand that. It just makes it hard when you start seeing huge results right toward the end of your cycle and then you have to shut down. I've only been three weeks off but so far it sucks. I can't wait until my next one!

that's why you use short esters on cycle...or at least the last two to three wks. this allows you to start pct sooner and recover quicker and therefore starting your next cycle sooner. something to consider next time.

Definitely don't want to hi-jack, but could you give an example how that might look. Switching from a long ester test to prop at the end?

Also depends on the individual. some people after one cycle can take 6 months to recover, or may not recover at all. others can bounce back within 1 month.
