    In YOUR opinion what is the better kickstart: 40mg Dbol or 100mg Prop??

    Stats
    First cycle

    24
    185-190
    10%
    6'1

    Test E: 500mg for 10 weeks

    Arimidex : 0.25mg eod
    Hcg : 1000iu weeks 8-12

    Nolva: 40/40/20/20
    Clomid: 100/100/50/50


    What would be better for a 4 week kickstart? Bearing in mind gaining maximum lbm is the goal.


    40mg dianabol for 4 weeks

    or

    100mg prop eod for 4 weeks


    No problem pinning just want to know which one will help my goals the most.

    I say prop, since it doesn't hit your liver like a oral would.

    But, just from the gains perspective - Fvck if I know.

    I hated dbol because I didn't keep anything from it. My vote is prop.

    i would drop the dbol and front loading. You will get good gains and results of this cycle. I would run for 12 weeks not 10. I would also run hcg starting at like week 2 or 3 at 500 a week, and stop after last pin, not right before pct

    Prop is awesome, the most stable levels of test is one great thing about it

    Looks like its prop at 100mg eod then.

    I'll run it 10 or 12 weeks depending on gains, i'm aiming for 12-15lbs without an increase in bodyfat, is this achievable or am I expecting too much?

    Very possible. . . It's all in the diet. My diet was garbage and I gained both fat and muscle. Clean diet = 90%+ of just LBM gains.
