    Charlie Horse in my abs

I did some good weighed crunches on the stupid looking machine at the gym. It sure looks stupid but gives me a real good lower ab pump.

Right after 3rd set the left side of my abs just turned to a rock and I couldn't stretch at all. It straight up felt like a Charlie Horse. I waited about 2 minutes and it went away, then I did another set.

WTF was this? I never felt anything like it. Word. . .

    Wow, no shit?

Strange feeling, man. . . .Not that bad, but not good. As long as it goes away quick.

I drink lots of water and take Taurine and get not cramps anywhere...except my abs. You are right, it isn't horrible as long as it goes away quickly.
