Should someone under 200 lbs. use the same amount as someone who is 220 + ??
Consider someone who weighs 170 using 250 ml a week compared to someone weighing 220 using 250ml a week ?
or how about this ... would someone who weighs 130lbs taking the same amount as someone weighing 260lbs be like taking double ?

After the decades of steroid use if this was a problem someone would have figured out the dosage by now. As chickenwing1 stated every healthy adult males testosterone fall in the same range, same for females. This is why it is ill advised for 18>yr old kids to be taking steroids because their endocrine system may not be matured and stable enough to handle something like extra Test.
I guess I dont know exactly how it works step by step to result in accelerated growth
