Anyone had tingling in his foot while inj in quad??
Why this happens? I inserted the needle
Smoothly, and a tingling directly appeared in my foot, removed it and changed location on thigh, aspirated and was injecting after a quarter of a cc a tingling appeared in my leg. Changed to other quad and it was good.

You were hitting a nerve. You did the right thing by changing spots. Anytime that happens don't push the needle further. It can cause damage to the nerve which may or may not be permanent.

U are being paranoid, just move 1/2" from original spot or use a different spot all together, supposed to alternate anyways.

Dude you have about 2 dozen threads about injections. I'm not hating or anything because I probably am alot like you in some ways. I feel it's a monumental moment everytime I pin because it took so much for me to do it the first couple of times but by your previous threads I'd say you are being extremely paranoid like beck said.

Damage from hitting nerves could range anywhere from numbness, neuropathy, to foot drop. The most dangerous nerve to hit is in the glute. It runs down the middle of the butt cheek. It could cause permanent damage like foot drop, but if you always inject in the upper outer quadrant, you have nothing to worry about. Most damage from hitting nerves is temporary, the chances of it being permanent are slim, but still possible.
