    Beginner stacks

    Hey everyone I'm just testing the waters and seeing my options. I'm not sure if I will do a cycle but if I do I want to be 100 percent sure of what I'm getting myself into.. Either it be oral or inject, needles don't bother me so I feel that is the better route to take.. Thoughts on profina ? It's a tren and test blend as most of you obviously no. I assume that would be kinda intense but I'm no doctor..

    My current stats are 168 with 8% body fat at 6 feet.

    I stay lean all year around so I don't want a stack that will bloat me.

    Your 76kg and six foot I would say that the first thing you should be looking at is your diet , post your diet in the nutrition section ,how long have you been training ? age???

    I agree on your diet you are way to thin.You must learn how to eat.

    I'm 26.. I am now on a 40 40 20 split at 2200 cals a day trying to get to 5 percent body fat within the next 6 weeks or so after this is over I will bulk. Last time I bilked I went up to 200 pounds but I was a higher fat percentage.. This time I bulk I want to stay lean the reason I lost so much muscle was of injury and did way to much cardio. Running 8 km's 5 days a week really killed me.

    Don't run Tren on your first cycle. Bad idea.

    You can certainly say goodbye to cardio once you inject yourself with Tren.

    I only plan on doing cardio 3 times per week in the mornings.. 20 min sessions on the stepper or treadmill keeping the heart rate around 130 to 145.. I still do not no if i cycle but if I do I want to no the best to start with.
