    Deca vs. test

    400 mgs./wk of deca vs. 400 mgs./wk of test

    I know you're not supposed to run deca alone, but hypothetically speaking, which would result in greater gains?

    You wouldn't keep the gains from running deca only and your dick would hate you, go with test

    I am doing a cycle of deca & test 400 now at 46 I feel like I am a new man..I have been on the cycle 5 weeks now and I went from 260 12% b/f to 270 10% and my strentgh has gone up about 30-40lbs on everything..
