I am new to the forum and this is my first thread, so I might be in the wrong area. If I am, I am very sorry. Anyways, I started out at 5'10" and 155 lbs. Not sure what my body fat was, but couldnt have been much. A friend talked me into a 4 week winny cycle a while back and I gave in. I was at 50mgs EOD and roughly 180 grams of protien and a Vita Pak Strength from GNC, as well as Mass XXX protien. I ended up gaining 5lbs and definitley got more cut. I am sure the weight gain was from the diet, as I have been reading this forum for a few months now. Now I am 2 weeks into a Test Prop and I am totally going by old posts from the forum. I really cant find out anything about proper dosing of the stuff for a beginner. I have just read 400-500 mgs a week on everything, but the people saying this are experienced. I ran 100mge first time and blood pressure went through the roof. I have been on blood pressure medicine for 15 years and this was a little scary to say the least. Anyways, I have since cut back to 75 mgs EOD and didnt know if that was even worth my time doing so. I am up to 170 for the first time since I was in high school(12 years ago). Any advice would be greatly apprieciated. I started working out because I wanted to at least be able to say I was in great shape at one time in my life. I have always been just a normal shaped, out of shape guy and I want that to change. Thanks in advance!
