depends on what dosage you run. 1 vial of that should be plenty

Hypothetically lets say you run 1.5mg a week which would be in the ballpark of .5 EOD more or less. That bottle would last you 15-20 weeks which would be about 4-5 months. You will be fine with 1 bottle.

Don't use a slin pin, you'll get an oral syringe with your order, it's easy to measure. I would do .5 as soon as you get it and run .5 EOD for a week and see if it subsides. If you're still having issues you can up your dose or introduce the letro. If the flare up suppresses and goes down you can lower your dex dosage but I wouldn't for a few weeks. Monitor how your body reacts closely and gauge what you need, best thing would be to get BW if that's a possibility for you.
