WOW!!!! first cycle test prop dam!!!!

Weight 185
First cycle 150mg eod test prop
Dead lift 450 raw
Squat 485 raw
Bench 255
So today is 2 weeks on cycle and up until now I was nervous cause I have not been getting gains in gym but dam man I had yesterday off today was back day and this stuff is amazing!!! I've been working out hard for ten years and its been getting really hard to gain anymore but I have not felt like I did today for a long time. I got 450 Deadlift which 2 weeks ago was my max for three and then burnt out with 315 for a set of 20 just for the hell of it!!! No weight gain yet just like 2 pounds but I look great man I'm so exited to be moving forward again!!! Thanks for all the advice guys. I'm so glad I listened on here and dropped the deca cause there is no need. Pct is set and I'm ready to break the gym!!!

It's ok I have been eating right for a long time but sometimes with work and life I slip up a bit but I am getting pretty serious as of late seeing that the gym and my body are my only life outside of my family. I'm starting to weigh my food and being really strict at some point in the next five years I would love to try and compete in a bodybuilding comp. I'm taking in 3500 cals a day right now which is about 300 to 500 above maintenance and running pretty much all clean foods, chicken, steak, fish, fresh veg and fruit, brown rice, quenua (probably spelt that wrong) and so on. I'm running this just for now well I right out a new diet and stock for it. I'm going to run 3250 cals at 260/260/130 starting Friday till end of cycle with any needed adjusting.

I'm so jealous. I hate you. I keep fooling myself into believing my shit is working but today is 4 weeks 3.5 days since cycle start of test cyp 250 twice a week. Starting to get very discouraged as my diet has been extremely clean and almost perfect unless I'm mistaken. Anyway congrats bro and I wish you the best. Keep us posted please. My next cycle will be of a short ester ainodoubt

OP, I had told you that 150mg of Test Prop EOD is all you need for a 1st Test only cycle.
You will continue to see increments in both strength and gains in the following weeks, also get ready for some vasodilation too.
Your macros should be readjusted IMO.
130gr of FAT is a bit too much for your stats.
Just a thought...
