I have almost acquired everything I need to start my first cycle. I have beeb doing a lot of reading. I want to get my feet wet with ph with min. side effects. God forbid I end up with testicular athropy. In my medicine cabinet I have:
pre-load cycle(2-week): milk thistle 200 mg 1x a day
glucosamine hcl 1500mg & chondroitin sulfate 1200mg 1x a day
ph cycle(4 weeks): halo+epi (ug pharma vengeance) 25/15 2x a day
pct: better body sports complete pct for 4 weeks.

I have read that I should add garlic and fish oils for bp and vitamin c for cortisol and taurine. Anymore suggestion? do i need a SERM? If so, any recommendations.
