Im new here. just ahve some questions. my only cycle was the famous D bol only cycle for 3 weeks. strength went up like crazy, blah blah blah, lost most of the gains at the end. im about to do a test/decca cycle. im thinking of only doing test just to see how that goes, and maybe add the decca in if i want to cycle again. i have nolva for PCT

22 years old.

bench 265
deadlift 355
squat 295

estimated calorie in take around 4000. of all clean carbs/food. no sweets. dont smoke or drink at all.

How much do you guys think of test would be good to start? i was planning on 500 a week. 250 monday and 250 thursday.
im not sure what type of test it is either.
how long should i be on the cycle for?

I know im young and have only been training a little while. im stil lgonna do the cycle regardless. so any help would be greatly appreciated.
