No didn't run either of those. Was I meant to? How soon should I start taking the nolva if I'm in my 6th week of a 12 week cycle?

Why in hell did you not research this and have your pct on hand prior to starting? What if something happens and you have to stop? That being said start novla 40/20/20/20 and clomid 100/50/50/50 14 days after your last pin of test e. you should start an ai till you finish your cycle. 6 weeks will be better than none.

Honestly not trying to be a Dick but if you don't know what an ai is you shouldn't of ran a cycle. Just my opinion. That's very very basic info and could be found in almost every post on these forums
AI's (Aromatase Inhibitors). Aromasin, arimadex are the most popular ais. They help keep estrogen in check when your test converts to estrogen.

Click the ar-r banner at the top right and order yourself some clomid and nolva... asap.
You should have all this on hand before you start man.

Your probably gonna hear this alot and justifiably so. You've been very irresponsible with your body bro. Just knowing what AAS to cycle with isn't enough. I'm sure you're wondering what ai and hcg and serm and sarm is but it will take me to long to explain each. So grab a chair infront of your computer screen and start doing your research. I'm not saying this to be an ass I only say it to help benefit you for your gains and your health. Please post your stats i.e. your age height weight and training experience. That way the vets can critique your AAS use.

I am sorta in the same boat. I was given my winny and prop along with nolva. That was it. I was told since this was my first and possibly last time this year I would cycle test, the Nolva would be "just in case" and I probably wouldnt even need it. But as for the Armidex and clomid, I just take it that they just enhance the Nolva or get your body ready for the Nolva?Originally Posted by bigga4068

No not at all actually arimidex is an aromatase inhibitor and clomid is a serm or sarm sorry can't remember of top of my head right now someone else will comment to confirm. Regardless they fall into two different categories and the short and sweet of it is an ai, aromatase inhibitor works by completely blocking the receptor sites and serm-sarm's work by binding to the receptor sites lower the availability of sites to be binder too. For better understanding utilize other sections here pertaining to ai and serm, sarm and check out the correlating stickies especially swiftos. Most recommend always running an air while on cycle I agree with this seeing as there's no reason not to.
