One more question in relation to being sterile. What is the big deal with the bottle being sterile as well as the rig? Is it that easy to become infected ? I'm just currious.

Same with the vial, if the top isn't prepped, you could easily infect the entire vial. Get a microscope if you want to see it in action. Check an area before and after cleaning it. You could even rub a sterile needle on that area and see how it carries over. Infections are not fun, especially when they are mistaken for improper injection technique or just a sore muscle, resulting in delayed treatment.
