Hi,

I'm about two weeks into my first cycle (500mg Test E / week, 20mg Dbol daily) and I've notice my chest has started to develop a fairly disturbing shape.
I'm not currently on an AI. I had assumed that it would take much longer for gyno to set in, and that I would have experienced tenderness in my nipples as a warning sign but this never occurred.

I have read the relevant stickies on Gyno, but I'm not entirely sure on the best course of action at this point with regards to what I think is actually pseudogyno rather than gyno.

As far as I can tell it is all adipose tissue. I've experience no tenderness or firmness around the nipple area, and assuming I've followed the test on forums.steroid.com/ showthread.php?428048-Gynecomastia-Pseudo-Gynecomastia-Difference-and-how-it-affects-YOU!!!!!! correctly I'm not suffering from true gyno (at least yet).
My chest is a little softer and jigglier than it was a few weeks ago so I'm assuming it is fat accumulation in the chest.
From what I can tell pseudogyno is not an actual risk but it's certainly not attractive and it's still concerning.

It's worth noting that my BF is probably a bit higher than it should be to be running a cycle (somewhere between 16-19% atm).

So at this point which of the following would you recommend.
1) Abandon my bulk and start cutting (I'm only around 190lbs at 5'11 so I was still planning on bulking before cutting even at my current BF levels). If so, should I switch to a more cutting oriented stack? Keep in mind this is my first cycle, and I'm still a little too small to look good at 10% or less.
2) Start taking an AI : probably Arimidex or Liquidex if I can find it. Will this actually have any effect on pseudogyno?
3) Postpone taking gear until the pseudogyno subsides.
