    ar-r clen?

I've tried a few places that I will not name...I'm not happy with my experiences.

Where can I get good quality Clen?? Does anyone have experience with ar-rs clen?

I use AR-R for all my peptides and a few Ancillaries and they are top quality.
    NO worries on that ;-)

Make sure to start your clen dose small like 20-40mcg to see how you react.

Thanks, I think I'm going to give them a try considering they have a sale out right now.

I have heard of pretty bad side effects that come with actual clen. (the bunk stuff i had before did absolutely nothing)

any suggestions to prevent or lower them?

To keep side effects low then keep the dose of clen low.

However, with ar-r's clen, that might not matter too much....good stuff right there.

The clen they sell is great. You won't know the how the side hit you till you take. I get jittery and feel ready to go. My hands shake a lil but nothing I can't handle. You can get taurine to prevent some of this but I've never tried it

Good point, the higher dosages you might start to experience cramping. Supplementing with Potassium can help as well. You want to slowly ramp up, be sure to measure your dosages correctly. I personally include about 100mg of Aspirin as well to help if my BP gets a little high, that's something else you'll want to monitor.

Potassium helps with the cramps too.

Clen depletes the liver of taurine so that's why supplementing taurine is needed.
