I have two of each except for the HCG.

But I forgot how much and when to dose (bought it a couple of months ago) and now I hope you can help me doing it right.
All I remember is that I have to take it two times a week?

I'm unsure of the doses, which is why I started this thread. But I was thinking of taking a 10 or 12 week cycle.

Well then, to start with, you'll need more test. Drop out the decca. Since its your first one see how you respond to the test. That way you can tell what's going with your body.

Now, 2 shots a week Monday and Thursday at 200-250 mg per shot. For a total of 400-500 mg per week. Do this for 12 weeks as it will take 4-6 weeks for it to kick in and you'll wanna keep going and not stop at week 10.
Say you do 250mg per pin that would mean you'd need 2 Amps per week for 12 weeks. This equals 24 amps that you'll need.

So you need MORE! This is the most basic of test cycles. The HCG I'm not sure on as I've be we used it but from what I've read there are many different opinions on dosage.

Why wouldn't I stop at week 10? Because of the late kick in?

Currently I'm going through the thread named "Newbies Starter Pack - Revised Edition" (I'm not allowed to post links yet). This is very educational. Additionally, I started reading the article named "Anabolic Steroids Cycles & Stacks" at steroid.com. Good ressource as to understanding basic cycles and content of these.

I got a lot of very helpful keywords to do some research on from the posts in this thread - id that's not learning or doing research I don't know what is.

As far as I'm concerned, I have asked two questions which is very specific. And the answer to those is that 'I have a lot to learn'.

Then do us a favor and search around a little. Hcg is not a stand alone PCT and an AI is something you run on cycle to help with unwanted sides like water retention and gyno.

I'm in the process of learning - I wrote a post about this and what resources I'm looking into at the moment, right before my last answer to you which is awaiting moderation(?).

I heard about nolva and I believe that is the easiest for me to get my hands on. I'll read up on PCT and nolva. Thank you.

The best help I can give you would be to keep researching for at least another few weeks before you start this cycle. Learn everything you can about steroids. The good, the bad, everything. In that time also get your diet on track

I did put things like the name of some ai's like arom. or adex. and test e. but no source names no brands nothing like that. I just wrote out a good first time cycle. I do understand the *** . I kind of figured that would happen. just a last ditch effort trying to help him. Maybe someone will explain to him a good cycle with a good pct. he came here because he trust us. this is his research. we have to remember we all started sometime. it gets tough when everyone flames instead of helping. know what i mean. thanks for your help man.
