Seeking feedback on first cruise (dosage and AI)

I am going to be finishing up a real good test/tren/mast cycle next month, but i am looking to cruise for a few months before blasting again this fall. This will be my fist time cruising and would appreciate some feedback on my plan.

I am thinking of running 350mg of test a week with Ldex as an AI and possibly HCG throughout.

My questions are:

Is this dosage sufficient to maintain throughout the cruise? From what i have been reading it may actually be a little high.

How would i dose the AI? Ed, eod? I dont believe there is a need to carry on with "on cycle" dosages?

Lastly, how should my diet change? My diet was spot on this cycle, but i am not sure how it should be adjusted while on a cruise.

Any feedback would be much appreciated!

I would drop to 250 mg per week. I only run ai on blast. I don't know if this is correct or not. Lower levels of test lower sides. Let's estrogen rebound a little. But I'm running 8 on 2 off so it's not that long without the ai. My diet changes I drop the protein intake almost in half and my workouts are lighter with higher reps. I don't know if this helps you

i think 350 is a lot to cruise with. in fact it's bordering a cycle imho. i would agree with Cape's advise but personally i would drop it further to 150-200 depending on your bloods. do you have any recent bloods to compare or justify the amount test you are thinking about using to cruise?

Agree with Mickey on the cruise amount. Pull some BW mid cruise to see exactly whats happening also.

8 on 2 off, thats the slingshot training, right? Been reading that monster as well. Hows it working out fir you? I can see how you wouldnt really need AI on that if a 2 week deload. I was thinking of spreading across a little longer, and the dosages are much lower, i dont know if the prolonged usage would require a low dose of AI.

BW should be here soon actually... I usually get them just after the half way point in the cycle once i have all the compounds in me.

To be honest 350 is a somewhat arbitrary number i came across while looking into cruising. Most of the deep info i found was from LARGE dudes who likely need that much just to maintain.
