I just did my pin of 250mg testE into my quad. Went perfectly like it normally does then around the last little bit my muscles started twitching like a bastard. So I think I injected the test e to cause pressure on a nerve? Should I expect any pain or discomfort? Thanks guys. Just about done my first cycle
