    Exclamation some questions about how to get the most from each cycle !!!!!!!!!

    basically have some questions on how to get the most out of each cycle
    1. the longer time you have off aas will that give you better gains for when you next use them ????
    2. is it good to have a week off training before you cycle so you shock your body when you start training again ???
    3. is there anything you should do to your diet beofrehand for like a week before cycle so you gain more e.g a freind says before cycle he cuts his diet right down so when he cycles and throws in high amount of carbs its shocks his body and it responds better to it ???

    Im on my first cycle of test e dbol . I spent 3 months before hand getting as fit as i could using weights and running and proper diet. So i did my usual 4 day weights and ran for 1/2 hr on the other 3 days, and ive been really pleased with my cycle 5 weeks in ive gone from 175Ilbs to 190Ilbs and im still at 10.5 % bf although I started at 10%. So i did 3 months conditioning and straight into cycle and change of diet and its worked a treat. I was impressed with the dbol which i ran for 4 weeks but as yet i havent been that impressed with the test e. After hearing great things about it i use it on cycle and then get people coming out the wood work telling me its not all that. Anyway really glad i did what i did for 3 months i think its made a big difference, training for growth takes a lot out of you and i am 44 now lol, feeling it in my bones but enjoying it just hoping i get to feel the test kick in.

    Maybe my answers are no because of how the questions are phrased. To get the most out of your cycle you need to eat right for that cycle. AAS will give you little to no results without proper diet. Bulking, cutting, maintaining... it doesnt matter. Food is the answer.
