Vitamin B6 for progesterone/prolactin sides instead of Caber or Bromo

Obviously when using 19nors like deca or tren you run the risk of prolactin/progesterone gyno.

I've heard taking Vitamin B6 can control this? Just 400-800mg per day orally.

This is for use in future cycles as I don't think my source has done a PCT in his life and I had to use ARR for PCT meds.

Would be great if I could just grab some £5 tubs of vitamin b6 from the supermarket.

I can't get caber or anything for a 19nor, I google searched it and a few threads came up from different boards. I took a screen shot on the attachment.
It seems like vit b6 can lower progesterone and prolactin.
