Hello I'm about start my first PH cycle and I chose hdrol because its more mild than others. I have been researching and just wanted to see if my cycle assist and pct are good enough. looking to gain about 10 pounds and here's the info...any help or advice would be great thank you.

    -AGE 25
    -6'0/ 168 LB./ 9% BF
-been lifting consistently for 2 years

PRE CYCLE: (trying not to go all in one route on this) 1 week before
    -milk thistle 2x day (Liver)
    -garlic/hawthrone 2x day (BP)
    -MV/Fish oils

    ON CYCLE:
    -CEL Hdrol 50/50/50/50/
    -Vitamins listed in PRE CYCLE
    -3500 Cal's/at least 200 g protein /at least 300 carbs

    POST CYCLE:
    -CEL post cycle support
-Do I need a serm for such low dosage of hdrol with my pct?

    QUESTIONS:
-should I take a pre work out while on my cycle?
-Do I need any more vitamins for cycle assist?
-What's the best way to keep the gains?

    *Anything helps thanks guys

You've been training for 2 years and you're only 168lbs? Are you eating food in these 2 years?

I don't think you should mess with any prohormone or steroid . You really need to learn how to eat and train better. And don't tell me your training and diet is spot on. You'd weigh more than 168lbs if it were.

I've hardly had any body fat my whole life and I'm not thick boned. I started lifting at 150 and have gained about 20 pounds of muscle in the last two years

I have used PH including this one when I was younger and did not know any better and the risks far out weigh the reward. You'll be lucky if you gain 10 lbs period in 4 weeks. Plus I got very bad back pumps which are a comon side from this stuff. Also I felt very lethargic which also seems to be common. After I was done with it I started to notice my joints hurting all the time like they were dry. That to this day has not got any better and it's been several years. I do know that my liver is functioning at a normal level cuz I had some Blodwork about a year ago so that's good but I would advise against taking it as there are safer more effective ways to aid you building solid muscle. However none of that will matter if you don't eat right. Stick around and get some advise on this and give it a year or so.

    Good luck to you.
Ps. I believe that PCT stuff they sell to be a complete sham.

Hard to say with out knowing what you eat and how you train. You said u eat 3500 cals with 200 g of protein. Can you post up a typical days meals so we can see if your right. I'd think that at your size if you eat right you should pick up the weight you want. Why do you feel you need to supplement? Have you tried to do a heavy bulk and then cut to a leaner more tone body once you with a target weight? Just some thoughts.

Oh id say typical day would be oatmeal and gainer for breakfast, sandwhich or whatever for lunch, protein and carbs before and after w/o, chicken/steak with rice if I can for dinner, something for a snack. I gained weight quickly after eating like this but now can't seem to gain. Tried mixing up routine/proteins/pre w/os and all that. Ive been lifting 5 or 6 reps 3 sets each for the last year. Tried training only one muscle a day and also multiple with plenty of rest so I don't overtrain. Anyway yeah hope that helps thanks

It tells me 2 things: IMO you don't get 3500 cals. Probably closer to 2000 and you don't train hard enough. I'd be doing 5-6 sets of 5-8 heavy reps. And lots of compound movements like squats, deads, shoulder presses and bench variations. Not 1 muscle at a time. I glad your taking the time to listen and respond but I think you can easy see great results by eating more and gearing a good routine down.

This my quick and simple diet plan when I bulk. Keep in mind day to day thugs change but this I one I eat the most. Also shakes are ok but you need real food. Example of a better diet plan:

Breakfast: 3-6 eggs some whole with some whites. 2 pc turkey bacon. 1 pc sugar free wheat bread and 6-8 oz of oatmeal.

Early lunch. 1 med size chicken breast 1 cup broccoli.

Late lunch. Fish fillet 6-8 oz 1/2 cup (uncooked) brown rice

Dinner 6-8 oz of steak or chicken or pork with green 1 cup of green beans and a baked sweet potato.

Snacks in between meals can be things like bananas, Apples, oranges, ..... (fruit). Cottage cheese, almonds. Granola and shakes

Again IMO you I know I need 4 solid meals while snaking all to get close to 3000 cals and this just an example so if anyone has any thing to add feel free.
