What are your goals? Are you still on cycle?

Glad to hear your gyno and estro sides have subsided.

thx for the advice frasierboi? ? ? are you from tennessee? - yes blaze I'm still on my cycle I still have about 8 weeks left. everything seems to be going fine and taking shape its just my mid section is always the last part to go completely so I want to focus in more this time around on that area and get as shredded as possible. in case you forgot or I didn't tell you I'm on masteron/cypionate/and tren-e cycle I'm in week eight and it seems to have fully kicked in about two weeks ago. oh I forgot I did start winny injections of 50mg eod about four days ago

Was your goal from the start to cut BF%? Are you eating a calorie surplus? There's a lot of things that you could take into consideration. Do you feel like you're doing something wrong or not pleased with what you've done so far?

Really depends on how you respond. I'm currently cutting. In the past I did 20 minutes ED. Once I started my cut I went to 30 min. ED. Now in the middle of my cycle I am at 45 min ED and I am sticking to that. If you're cutting, your cardio needs to be done daily. Not EOD.

But you're on Tren, you have to be a champ to do more than 20. I discontinued Tren so that I can run longer.

No I'm from Tampa. Anyways there's no exercise to target love handles the pooch everyone seems to get on they're stomach when you burn fat you burn it equally from all areas of the body not just one area trust me I've been thru this already the thing is about cutting you wanna preserve as much muscle as possible because most people don't RELIZE when you do cardio you burn fat and muscle if it's high intensity cardio that's why I said eod and a brisk pace on the treadmill and be patient and STICK TO A GOOD DIET and it will come of also another big key is that pooch you speak of a lot of it is water so you need to try to drink one gallon of distilled water Aday to flush that out of you and you get great results at the end good luck

You're not going to lose any muscle because you're in the middle of your cycle but it doesn't mean you're going to see great LBM gains on a calorie deficit diet.

Get about 20-30mins PWO LIC in 3-4x a week and I think you will be ok. Let your diet do the work and don't over think it, patience is the key.

I find that 20 minutes ED min is a must whether its running or a quick paced walk on oncline will keep me looking and feeling healthy. Every 5 minutes added makes a world of difference. I currently walk 35 min ED on a steep incline and that for me is the max limit to my cardio without worrying about any muscle bein stripped. I used to run for 35 minutes and noticed that was too much. See how ur body responds and make the necessary adjustments but IMO 20 minutes is the
    absolute min.

nice I was thinking 20 minutes on lift days and maybe a 3 mile run on my off days
