    End of first cycle.

    I recently finished my first cycle, i used Test E. it worked great. i have bulked up and made huge gains. How long should i wait before i start another cycle? Also i would like to slim down my waist and belly fat to get the "V" look, any suggestions?

    When did you start pct? What are you using for pct. diet for v shape.

    agree with working lats harder, wide grip pull ups, pull downs, rows, and lots of ab and oblique exercises.

    i had a 6 week cycle time, havent done anything for PCT, should i? if so, then what?

    Wow. Yes run a pct. novla and clomid. Test e is a long ester. It doesn't really start having noticeable activity until week 5 or 6. Why did you stop so soon? You have no clue. And now your asking when you can start another cycle. How long has it been since your last pin?
