    6 weeks into my cyle and my results were:

    I was 86kgs and around 12%bf
    I am now 93kgs and around 10%bf.
    Still have 2 weeks will be adding clen in the last 2 weeks. Hope i can get dow to 8%bf.

    Thanx for all the people who helped me especially Turkish Juicer.

    Good Job, great results, you must have a good nutrition training plan! Stick with it till the end and make sure you keep most of your gains.

    He has been on 100mg of Test Prop EOD and Winstrol Depot 50mg ED.

    OCT is Arimidex 0.25mg EOD.

    OP couldn't get his hands on HCG up until last week, but now he has it under his hand just in case. The interesting part is, he is almost done with the cycle and there is no testicular atrophy reported, at least not to the extent where it would be noticeable by him.

    His BW results came very good, everything between liver enzymes and BP is in place, his cholesterol levels increased but it was expected and somewhat inevitable when you mess with AAS at any rate.

    I advised him to stay away from Clen , because he already suffers from some anxiety as Clen will only make this worse. Even most users who don't suffer from anxiety feel like crap while on Clen, it is one agitating substance for many.

    His PCT protocol is all set, he is going to have to overeat and those cals should come from very specific sources IMO, he should also switch from HVT to HIT workout regimen during PCT for the sake of maintaining as much new lean tissue as possible.

    Very true. I was doing everything I can to try and finish my cycle, once I hit 80mcg, I couldn't make it into work. It was the worse feeling I've had from any compound.

    OP wanted me to verify if he should take 160mcg ED, which would have most likely meant a trip to the ER, assuming that he just had an heart attack.

    how many cals were u eating a day?

    days weights training and days cardio?

    I have specifically wanted to contribute to this thread because I believe that OP is a vivid example of how a novice can build a considerable amount of lean tissue and loose BF% at the same time with only what I would call a ''sufficient'' amount of juice. As is, workout regimen and nutritional intake were the major determinants here, besides how genetics may have played a part especially in terms of how his body has responded to the given compounds.

    I gave series of advices concerning the cycle, diet and training regimen, mostly covering the most major aspects of what needs to be done and what should be avoided.

    I am sure OP will take your questions into consideration and hopefully provide some answers the next time he logs in and reads this thread.

    I was eating in my first week 2500calories then i started lowering my calories Untill i reached 2100 calories a day.
    I was even using a scale to weigh my food. I also cycled carbs, keeping my high carbs day to once every 3 days.
    Cardio was done: 5 days/week empty stomach
    Now am doing HIIT, for the last 2 weeks.
    As for my weight training it was a full body workout, a mix of 5*5 and sometimes 1 body part/day.

    My diet:
    Morning after cardio: whey shake+glutamine
    40mins-1hr later: 50gs of oats, 10eggs whites.
    2 hrs later: 1 chicken breast or more depending on the weight,raw almonds and a salad
    Pre workout: 1chcken breast+40gs of oats+ salad
    Postworkout: whey shake
    40mins later: 10eggs whtes, 40gs oats+ salad
    Pre bed: casein+ peanut butter or cottage cheese ad almonds

    On low carbs days i remove 1 oat portion.

    I supplemented my diet with 3 1000mg fish oil tabs spreaded with meals.

    Youve gained 7 kilos and dropped bodyfat in on 2500 calories?? you must be like 5 4" or something.

    Boxtrot i am 186cms. But this diet is the best for me. Depends on genetics. When i go above that i start packing fat like crazy!

    It is clear that OP was able to gain muscle weight and drop BF% all at the same time due to several factors: anabolics, high protein diet, cardio, genetics. Note that this was a cutting cycle.

    Once the cycle is over and synthetic hormones are gone, he will have to over eat in order to be able to hold on to the new tissue with very low memory and maturity on the cellular level, which will inevitably and consequentially lead to an increase in BF%. He will be able to cut again by readjusting his diet once after PCT is over.
