    steroids and yoga?

interested in taking yoga sometime this year and I am also going to be running a cycle again in the near future. Was just curious if doing yoga while on cycle was a good/bad idea and if anyone has had any experience with this? I could see it being easier to get injured doing a cycle and taking yoga so figured I'd ask so I can decide to wait or not.

Yoga is alot of stretching and balance right? Don't stretch too far and don't lose your balance

yes its a serious post... since muscles get so much stronger faster than connective tissue I wasn't sure if doing yoga when your muscles are suddenly much stronger was dangerous or not. I'm asking a serious question and asking if anyone has actual experience doing yoga while juicing not just opinions.

I take OP's question to be serious and will hence reply accordingly.

Yes, performing one or two yoga sessions every week for a lifter on juice under the supervision of an instructor is in fact a very good idea for various reasons, as long as you have the time, money and motivation to afford these.

I never did yoga on heavy lifting cycles, but in general once a couple of months is enough. I say do, listen to your body. If it says stop stop though. I hate being put to shame by chicks doing yoga.

Yea, Santa is a myth just like the Easter Bunny and Eskimos. Makes me sad.
