    18 yr old sprinter [HCG]

    Hello there,

I'm a 18 year old sprinter looking to burst through my plateaus, i've been on the same level for 1 year and I need the edge.
Now, I do not want to mess with AAS considered my age, maybe in 3 years..
I heard about HCG being a performance enhancing drug, but not a steroid. I read articles saying it increases test production and thus could possibly enhance my performances.

Are there any dangerous side effects with use of HCG (being 18 yrs only) ?
Won't this shut down my natural test levels ?
And lastly, what doses should be appropriate for me ?

    Thanks in advance,
    zro

I'm only twenty mate and the best thing I've learnt from being on these boards is to not worry about AAS/performance enhancing substances until you are twenty one at the VERY LEAST. I was extremely tempted to burst through my plateau's through the use of these substances, but I have decided against it. Simply changing up your routine reasonably often, having a strong diet in relation to your needs and any additional supplements (multivitamins, amino acids, creatine etc) are of great benefit and should prevent you from plateauing.

Have you searched all other options to try and work out why you may have plateaued and tried to find some solutions to it instead of substances?

I'm not going to lie man but I have been tempted these last few months to try my first ever cycle. How far I can push my body and make it physically change really fascinates me. But I just don't see the point in risking so many things just to get an extra boost. I may as well see how far I can go naturally - it might even be a fun and intriguing journey haha. But anyway, I just think if I had some guidance from people more knowledgeable than me in relation to my diet and my current workout program then I know I would get great results. I just don't know if many people will help me in the nutrition and workout sections of the forum.

Thanks mate that would be a massive help. I should have it all sorted and planned in terms of my diet in the next few days. I will have posted it up here by the end of the week hopefully. Is there anything in particular you think I should post to get the best possible advice? I'm just thinking of obviously my stats (age, bodyfat), an exact diet plan (protein, carbs, fats), and obviously my goals. Is there anything else important I should include?

    Thanks again man.
