    prohormones 1-ad help !!!

    do you guys think a 4 -week cycle of prohormone 1-ad will do 600 mg ed.

    age 19

    height 5'10.5
    weight 205
    bf 10%

    want few pounds of mass....

    is it worth it has anyone seen good results ???????

    From what Ive heard 1-ad doesnt produce many keepable gains, and at $70 a bottle in some places id see what else is out there.
