Ey guys I can't get a hold of any AI's, I'm about to finish my 6th week on test E and prop. I can get a hold on some nova will that do??

absolute nonsense. no reason whatsoever not to have an ai or serms on hand before starting aas. they are both available to the free world regardless of where you are on the planet.

The liquid Stane is a comparable substitute for Aromasin , correct?

Do you start the AI from day one of a cycle, or should it be graduated in mid-way?

stane is aromasin . depending on ester start it with your first pin.

I'm running 500mg Sust per week (250/250), started one week ago. If I ordered now I could probably start around beginning of week 3. Would that be too late to be effective?

Sorry to ask one last question: If I'm running a 15 week cycle and a four week PCT, would that mean I'd theoretically need 19 weeks of an AI? If so, how many bottles of this Liquid Stane would I buy from AR-R ?

you don't use an AI during pct. Only on cycle and depending on the ester, maybe a small dose between last pin n pct.

Typical Aromasin dose is 12.5mg eod and adjust from there.

jesus h christ man, you don't read at all do you? you sure as hell didn't bother to do ANY research beyond test amounts..and you probably screwed that up too.

the answers to your questions are right here in this thread. open your fvckin eyes and read! nobody wants to give advice to someone who is clearly NOT willing to put any real effort into helping themselves. you know nothing, yet you're willing to inject yourself with compounds you have no clue about or their associated sides. i don't mean to flame you man but this is ridiculous.

Listen, we are here to help you out but when u lack common knowledge it rubs people the wrong way. U cant drive a car without a license? U first have to pass the knowledge test, get ur learner's license and so on. Its the same process here. U should have had all of ur info researched and then had any remaining questions answered. Once u had all of ur AI and PCT then u should have started thinking about pinning. So u failed the test. Learn from this and remember that this is ur life ur playing with. Unless ur goal is to grow tits and have no kids than u are on the right track. Learn from this. So good luck and keep lifting

Dude, I haven't used anything yet, but I've read up and considering it.

For a beginner, take 500mg test total per week for 12 weeks (how often and how many doses you take it in depends on the type of test)
Take an AI EOD during the whole cycle. Either .25mg Arimidex (Liquidex is the same thing) or 12.5 mg Aromisin (Exemastane is the same thing) every other day.
Also on cycle you should take 500 iu's of HCG every 5 days
For PCT take Nolva and Clomid for 4 weeks. Nolva at 40 mg/day the first two weeks and 20 mg/day the second two. Clomid at 100 mg/day the first two weeks and 50 mg/day the second two).

AIs prevent excess estrogen build up. They prevent gyno, but just because you don't get gyno, doesn't mean excess estrogen is ok or healthy. I think high estrogen can mess with your prostate amongst other things.
HCG keeps your nuts ok. Your hypothalymus senses your test levels and tells your pituitary to release LH which tells your nuts to produce. When you have extra test it stops telling your pituitary to release LH and your nuts suffer. HCG supplies LH, which signals your nuts to not shrivel and stop.

That's what I've got from reading this site. I'd look into that ancillary stuff ASAP. Also check out the diet threads. I never knew you were supposed to eat like that.

If you do get gyno, since you're not taking an AI, look into Letrozole to fix it. Otherwise you wouldn't need it, but it's the recommended emergency gyno cure.

And why/how are you taking both Test E and Prop? Did you use prop to kick off the cycle and end it and are using E the rest of the way or are you just randomly taking stuff? The difference is how fast they kick in. Prop you'd take 125 mg or so every other day and E is 500 mg once a week. Some people end cycles with prop so it gets out of their system quicker so they can start PCT sooner, but I don't think I've heard of people just taking both the whole time. If you're into the cycle I think you should just used the e until the last 3 weeks and then use the prop. It has been said more recently that 350mg per week is enough for a beginner cycle I would suggest using a lower dose to start gives you more room to grow

The more i read threads every day on this forum the more i see people don't really care about their bodies, they don't care about advise, it really is a shame!!! Not to mention the bad rep AAS gets due to this issues.

No it wont
It may block estrogen in some glands but your estrogen would still be building up if gyno was comming.
What do you mean you cant get an AI?
