Friend needs AAS help!!!

Right one of my mates whos just started coming gym with me who's like 5'10 180lbs 20% bf an absolute beginner 28 yr old has already got some roids, he's got 10 1ml vials 250mg each of test e and some winny tabs 100x10mg, iv told him not to do it and all the rest of it but he's not having any of it so might aswell try to help him, I don't know much about winny all I know is its generally a cutting steroid, how should he run this because surely 250mg a week test e is not enough and 500mg a week for 5 weeks would be shit, also iv said about AI/PCT, what's the best cycle he could run with the stuff he has

Youur "ffriend" really has no business with steroids. I feel like a broken record here, but a total newb to the gym and already steroids? sheesh! first, he will get stronger, but it takes tendons and ligaments a couple of years to toughen up. so he will be very injury prone. mark my words. second, being a total newb, he knows nothing about pct.... do you? it is called post cycle therapy, aand is designed to get your nattty test production up and running again as quickly as possibble.

I'm sorry mate. but i have little respect for people that are willing to put drugs in thier body and not have a clue of what they are doing. Not only does he need a complete education on steriods, but he's not even asking the questions, you are. So he will only hear it from you, who probably doesn't have a complete understanding either.

Sometimes ya just gotta sit back and watch people fuk themselves up, like a train wreck in slow motion.

I'd highly recommend you have your friend join up and begin to ask his own questions. He seriously needs an education

I totally get what your saying mate but he's adamant on doing it he's lazy and can't be assed to put the effort in to learn how to eat train rest etc, and I would usually laugh but he's my mate so If he's adamant I guess I should just try and help as best as I can, your right I don't know much about steroids hence why I'm here to learn personally I'm not even cycling for at least another 3 years, but I told him if he's defo gonna do it do a test only cycle 500 a week, arimidex for AI 0.25 eod and adjust if needed, nolva/chlomid for pct, I can understand where your coming from because spastics like this awe what gives steroids a bad name and image

There isn't any good ways to help him, why even bother when he won't help himself. Just forget it he's a hopeless case if ignorantanus.

You really need to talk to your friend and tell him that if he is using the gym to improve his physique to rid himself of other problems in his life then he is up for a mighty disappointing. Your physique or how you look is different from your personality. Your friend sounds like a guy who might be dealing with insecurity issues and coupled with the fact that he hasn't ever taken training seriously AAS will turn out to be a disaster.
1. He won't be happy with his results as his body-fat is too high and he doesn't know how to train.
2. He thinks that transforming his physique will help him get rid of other problems which it won't
3. He will love how he feels when he cycles and will become dependent on them.

If you consider yourself his friend then you will show him this thread and I think if he has half a brain he will change his mind.

I agree with everything this guy said for the most part. #1 might be completely true but adding lean mass can elevate your metabolism to such a degree that fat melts away easily.

#2 complete truth. He will feel like a god at first if he has great results. After you get used to that person staring back at you in the mirror, you are the same guy you always were.

#3 the truest truth you'll ever hear. I can't tell you how many times I've heard people speak of their intentions to run one cycle and never touch the stuff again. It almost never happens that way for this very reason

Thanks for the replies but no matter what I say they are adamant its going to happen so I don't know if I'm better just cutting him off and not talking to him about it or at least try to make sure he does a decent SAFE cycle because I'm guessing test e + winny for 5 weeks is shit because most people run test e for 10/12 weeks

Five weeks will do more harm then good. Another vial is pretty much a must have if he is gonna do it regardless.
