only one cycle.
Hi Guys, I am 20 years old, 5'7 176lbs with 11%bodyfat. I am trying to gain more muscle weight. I am eating 6-8 times a day and using pre-workout,whey protein, and creatine mono. I wanna do one cycle of steroids . What would you all suggest and after the cycle, what should I take for the estrogen levels? Can you guys tell me exactly what to do.. Because I m reading all different things about this. Thank you..!!

Welcome to the forum cincon. Have you done any research on the effects of AAS on the undeveloped Endocrine & HPTA systems?

now the comment. NOBODY JUST DOES ONE CYCLE~!
so not fooling anyone. seriously. you should wait until your mid twenties after your hormonal system is fully developed, before you thing about cycling.

Aight Thanks guys, I am just gonna keep working hard and eat A LOT to get bigger.. one of my best friend is on juice and he got huge in 2 months so i got pretty jealous bc we were both the same size.. well Thanks for the advices.. I am gonna wait until my hormonal system is fully developed.

Once you come to the realization that you will never make the same gains naturally that you do on cycle, you will cycle again...............& again....................& again.......................& again.....................& again......................& again, should I continue........................?

^ I have a question for you The Bear 79, Lets say I do once cycle and then stop, will I keep the gains that i gained during my cycle?

To answer your questions, I am on a good diet(eating 6-8 times a day.. eating the right food). I have been serious bodybuilding since I was 18. I gained around 30pounds in 3 years..(of course with some fat+waterweight) What kind of cycle would u suggest Beretta? not because I will use it but just wondering and I know everyone says I will keep using it after the 1st cycle but all I wanted to is do only one and keep the gains from that cycle.. Let me know what you think.

It's s bad idea using steriods at your age and without doubt you will loose all your gains if you did cycle, if you can't gain muscle now at your age and with your testosterone levels then you won't on cycle and even more so because your shutting down a system what's not fully developed which can result in lower test levels, which means even less weight than you are now. Don't be fooled by your friends who are om cycle they will de bloat after they come off and return to normal or worse.

I only did one cycle back then. When I realized I screwed myself and didn't produce test, it took everything I had to get myself up and go to a clinic for TRT. The TRT dosages didn't do a whole lot for me (helped some but didn't help much in the bedroom... have to use more drugs for that), so I started pinning again at age 31.
So yes, my damage was caused by a single cycle. I have to visit a longevity clinic for the rest of my life (since I was 31, normally you visit at age 40+). Really sucks.

Good choice. You're one of VERY few by the way. Most folks reject all advice and only want to hear what they want. This is a great indication that you will succeed and reach your goals.
Take some time to visit the nutrition section, I personally removed a single item (lactose) from my diet and it took me to the next level to reach my goal. Give it a go.

Just spend the next while doing your research. Read up on posts here that are from reputable members. When you start seeing repeated terms like "endocrine system" and "LH" and "FSH" and "HPTA" etc etc, take those terms and read up on them in medical journals and studies. Your knowledge will grow if you do varied research from varied sources...
Stay away from sites that promote AAS use in young people and don't present facts. Do your research with your brain, not your emotions and want to be a monster.

Start a thread and post every single thing you ate in an entire day (like yesterday)
what time you ate, portions, liquid intake, etc... and give them your goals and ask for critique.
