Ar-r. Anyone have problems and what is the best way you got in contact?

Recommended a friend order from Ar-r almost a week ago and he has not received his product. Tracking shows Texas and hasn't moved from there. He has tried emailing them and is not getting any responses. His buddy ordered the same day in California also and received his stuff late last week. Are there any reps on this site he could contact to look into this and has anyone else had similar problem? Thanks in advance.

or tell you boy to contact the post office. It isnt illegal stuff and they are the ones who have it. They can let you know more then ar-r can

Has anyone had any problems with shipment to Canada? I wouldnt think there would be. I am in the process of ordering a filter

the ship to canada and a filter isnt illegal so it doesnt matter

Send them an email on the there website, try to do it during the week not the weekend. They responded to me right away and fixed all my problems, They have great customer service.

If you see that your package is stuck at the post office you need to contact the post office, ar-r can't help there.
