    Var, Eq, Sus

I haven't been on this board in years but I'm getting back in the game. I'm 29 years old and it's been 7 years since I've run a cycle. I'm going to run 50mg of anavar ED, 400mg of Equipoise once a week, and 500mg of sustanon once a week for 10 weeks. I'm curious on what you guys might think about that cycle. I'm wondering if it's a little heavy for my first cycle in years. Also, if anybody has an pointers on anti-estrogens and post cycle it'd be appreciated. I used to run Letro back in the day but I'm curious if maybe I should look in a different direction.

Previous cycles consisted of sutanon, test e, deca, and winstrol.

i would drop the eq, your not going to see anything from it

i would use arimdex on cycle at .25mg eod

and nolva and clomid for pct

I appreciate the feedback. My buddy is running a similar cycle and told me he used arimdex I just don't have any experience with it. The Letro always did the trick but I"m open to better option. Just curious, why do you say I won't see anything from the EQ? Once again I'm not opposed to changing it up. I was just hoping to get the hard gains from it.

eq is very week. Most people dont see much from it. Also it typically needs to be run longer like 16 weeks,
What most people see is more vascularity, thats from increased rpb , which also can be dangerous, i consider it more a side effect then benefit
letro can work, its alot stronger and overkill IMO

Sounds good. Just for the fact that I haven't been on anything in years will probably keep me from throwing the eq in the mix. I'll probably save it for a later cycle. I'm really curious to see how the anavar works out. Btw, I'll actually be running the Sustanon at .6ml eod to try and keep my test levels stable. I know a lot of people think it's junk but i've had good results and i'm curious to see how it works running it EOD.

    sust isnt junk. Its test.
i dont think you need to do eod injection. It wont hurt but 2x a week is ok too.

Agreed on leaving the Eq out for now. I just finished with Eq in my cycle and although I did see some effect, it's nothing to write home about.

Like Gixxer said, the effects could more accurately be described as "side effects". I have just barely been able to get my BP back down to ridiculously high (from deathly retardly dangerously high) after being off of the Eq for a bit. Sure the vascularity is a nice touch to the look, but damn... Terrible cardio, high BP, etc aren't really worth it. Not to mention how long and the doses I had to run. I ran 700mgs/week. Didn't see shit until 8-10 weeks...

Anyways, I did like the look of the muscle it put on, but like I said, it's nothing to wrote home about.

Is high blood pressure a common side effect from EQ? I've read quite a bit about it but I guess I neglected first hand testimonies. The more I hear the more I think I'll stay away from it.

Yes. And all I know is that for me, it made my BP quite high. Like 190/130 at rest and even higher at times.

How's your blood pressure now? Probably coming down as your RBC is coming down? This is interesting cause I've run other cycles that have been know to increase RBC but I've never seen any increase in my BP. Def something I'll keep a closer eye on in the future.

    I think I'm around 140/90 or so.

hbp is not something to mess with. I ran a Test/Tren cycle and my blood pressure got pretty high. It was in the 190/120 range. I looked totally ripped but my heart was working pretty hard. I loved the cycle but I'm a little scared of it now. If you're coming back after 7 years, the Test (sus) and anavar will make you look great.

I'm pretty excited to get on this cycle after all the reading I've been doing. Back in the day I ran a Sus only cycle at 500mgs and my strength went through the roof. I wasn't too big but I was really happy with what it did for me. Var is a new compound to me but from what I've been reading I think it will nudge me in the right direction. I've actually read a few people saying not to run Var over 6 weeks to protect your liver but others say it's very mild. Any input?
