25 first cyle

hi guys, im 25, 6'1, 240lbs and just got test 300 for my first cycle. ive been lifting since i got out of school, i follow westsides workout routine. eat 5 times a day and drink only water, and i take creatine, bcaas, glutamine, and protein everyday. im just looking for basic info for my first cyle like, im not really sure what Ai and HCG and clomide and all that stuff that i see on here so i just want to learn to take this stuff the safest way. thanks for reading.

Definitely check the store out. Your AI and PCT are VERY important. Check out Swifto's sticky at the top of the page. Ask questions but do your research as alot of the questions are answered in the stickys. Definitely check out the Nutrition Resource Forum. Yes. Check out the nutrition section and post a thread there for critique. You will need to post everything you ate in an entire day with details of portions, time you ate, liquid intake etc...
