Advice needed

I am doing a 8 week cycle of test cyp/parabolan/anavar at 600 mg/ 225mg weekly and 30 mg anavar every day.

My trainer said to take a shot of HCG in the 4th week.

And later another shot of HCG after the cycle.

Is this as a PCT enough? Is it ok to take HCG during a cycle?

Please advice me as I am relatively new to this and with limited knowledge. Thanks a lot.

I don't see a PCT at all. For a proper PCT pick up some Nolva and Clomid. I would also get an AI to have on hand.

HCG is used for testicular atrophy, It helps make PCT go smoother and recover faster but it cannot be used as PCT alone.

Personally I would run the Test Cyp longer since around week 8 is when it will be in its prime and be most beneficial.

I will tell you that is a short cycle for test c. it is a long esther and begins kicking in around week 4.
the var dose is too light to see any benefit

Cycle experience: I had done a test cyp/tri tren/ Winnie earlier. Which I left half way as I had to travel.
Years of training: around 15 years.

So this is my second cycle.
Shall I take test cypo at 400 mg per week and parabo at 150 mg per week?
This way I can extend the cycle to 10 weeks.

Also suggest me a pct.

Welcome to the board.

I'd recommend dropping BF % to under 15 before you run another cycle. Learn to love cardio and use our nutrition forum to get your diet critiqued. You'd be amazed what you can accomplish with a proper diet.

10 weeks would be the minimum length and 12 would be preferred. Pin twice a week and start HCG weeks 3-4 to PCT.
PCT would include:
Clomid-100/50/25/25
Nolva-40/40/20/20....These are weekly dosages of each.

I left the other 2 compounds out cause this, in reality, is your first cycle and there's no need to incorporate them. You really need to educate yourself on the compounds you want to use. You came to the right place and do yourself a favor. Don't listen to that dude in the gym. 1 shot of hcg in week 4, and 1 shot later is just dumb.

There's one really good advice for a beginner.

Read the 101 pages about Ronnie Rowland's Slingshot Training System, under "QUESTIONS & ANSWERS" and "YOU'LL WANT TO READ THIS".

That will tell you a good PCT, and will give you completely new depth of how to implement steroids, and what is the most effective way to do. It really opened my eyes and now I understand everything so much better. It took me 2 weeks to read it, but really really is worth it.

If you run your current cycle, you'll ruin your health very fast.

you're joking, right? hcg is NOT injected intramuscular. leave that gym immediately before you really mess up your health. and stop your cycle asap. you have no clue what you're doing at this point. honestly, you seriously need to educate yourself before you go any further.

HCG can be injected IM with the same effects, most just choose to do Sub-Q because it is extremely easier and not as much pain. It depends on the individual but the HCG will do it's job regardless of IM or Sub-Q.

You are correct, hcg can be used IM or Sub-q, but sub-q is better. IM gets absorbed much faster, where sub-q is much slower and is preferred for that reason. Think of it as a spike of hcg vs. a slow release of hcg. The body can utilize the slow release more efficiently.
