    Finding it hard to bulk up

    Hey everyone just looking for some pointers really,
    I'm 6ft 8 and way almost 14 stone but no matter what I do/eat I can't put weight on because my metabolism is through the roof. I ideally want to be 16 stone because i play rugby, so was thinking of running sus 250mg a week with 250mg of deca also for an 8 week cycle what do you think?
    Please post back so I can hit my target weight cheers guys.

    Yeah I do eat,
    Meal 1. 4 poached eggs with granary toast, protein shake
    Meal 2. Chicken breast with broccolli and sweet potato, protein shake
    Meal 3. Tuna and rice, protein shake
    Meal 4. Steak with broccolli and sweet potato
    Meal 5. Protein shake fruit

    4 protein shakes is not eating. Drop the shakes and add real food.Please list oz of these items. Chicken tells us nothing. 10 oz of baked boneless chicken breast does. What are your macros and your tdee?

    Like Cape said, you gotta eat bro... You've got a foot on me and I destroy that meal plan while cutting. If you cycle your gains will disappear faster than they come because you don't eat enough to support the extra muscle. We're not tryin to be rude or put you down, but you need more food, period.

    Hit the nutrition section n read the stickies. Figure out your BMR and TDEE and plan a diet around that.

    Steroids are not the answer my friend.

    True man,

    At your size you need to EAT!

    You have almost a foot on me and I can eat that no sweat. But, shakes are nowhere near as helpful with gaining weight as you might think.

    You need solid heavy food, chicken, beef, rice & oats.

    with out macros its hard to say how much you are eating, when you say chicken breast i dont know if that 1 breast or a pound of chicken
    But i can tell you if you portion sizes are average i eat alot more and im cutting and 195lbs
    If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong

    its not that you cant grow your just not eating enough my metabolism is crazy as well just eat every 2 and a half hours and up your calories until you start putting on weight and have some patience it doesent happen over night
