    First timer needs advice

I'm new to working out regularly and have committed to train for an 11 mile obstacle course that takes place in three months. I need a jump start as it has been difficult in the past for me to gain weight, I'm 6'1", 165 and 4.5% body fat. in spite of the stats running even a single mile is a near death experience. I need to gain strength and cardio/muscle endurance fast. I would appreciate a review of what Im looking into using and will I need a post cycle with this such as clomid. I appreciate any advice.

Yoh don't need steroids . There is no short cut. Train hard and eat. That's what you need.

    Former distance runner here!
Weight is the enemy. You need to lose weight, which improves your lung/weight ratio.

    Recommend cardio, cardio and cardio!
    (did i mention cardio?)

while you are doing all this cardio, you need to lose weight. hit up the nutrition section, and learn about your tdee and how to calculate that. then go into a 500 cal deficit to lose body fat. keep your protein uptake high to preserve lean body mass.

do not take steroids as the effect is to increase lbm, and weight, which you do not want to do.

no short cuts buddy! it's alll hard work, so man up and get going!!

    BTW....welcome to the board mate!

One of the things that AAS does is makes your muscles more efficient in nitrogen conversion. That means you're going to retain water in your muscles. Water in the muscles means hypertrophy. For a distance runner that could mean that your muscles get so pumped with blood that you won't be able to move them or worse, catch a BAD cramp. Time's got the best answer. Eat well and train hard.

    Hard work included

I appreciate the responses guys, just to clarify though. I'm about 30 lbs lighter than my target weight now, and at 4.5 percent body fat I really don't have any to lose there. I was going to do a cycle with deca just for the mass, but I got into the tough mudder so I need to put a big focus on improving my cardio and as you guys said I dont want a lot of water weight. All the research I've done points to the stack I referred to in the first post, just a helping hand building strength and lungs without packing on a lot of mass. Any wisdom?

I will start the wagering at $50 that you are nowhere near 4.5% BF.

    If you are, call 911.

    a few things
Way to much stuff for a first cylce
2nd you need to fix your diet. You can gain alot more naturally with the proper diet, If you dont fix that, you may gain a little on cycle but you will loose it all once you stop. so you will just waste your money and shut your body down for know reason.
please post your exact diet for a day
If people can't tell your on steroids then your doing them wrong
