tri test is a cocktail of short and long acting esthers. the problem with this is that your blood serum levels are not stable if pinning only once or twice a week with it. due to the P that is in there, with an active life of a day or so, you could pin every other day, (as you would with P anyways) to better maintain blood serum levels.
Personally, I am not interested in test that comes as a mixture this way. Better control if you get your own E or C. if you want to front load some P in the beginning, that's good too.
the theory with these cocktails is that when you initially pin, you get the short esthers acting "right away". but this is only a concern on the first pin, not the second or third. after the second or third pin, when the long acting esthers begin to kick in, no need for the P, but it's there anyways, destabilizing blood serum levels, if pinning only once or twice a week.
sust was very popular years ago, but is not so popular because of what we know now and how control over blood serum levels is lost on a weekly injection schedule.
