New cycle and diet
Iv'e just cut down from 19st 10lbs to 14st 9lbs, planning on starting the cycle below in around 2 weeks
Stats -
Age 23
Height - 6'2
Weight - 14st 10lbs
Bf - 10%
Training - 11 years
Cycle exp - 3rd cycle
Cycle -
Week 1 - 10 Test cyp 600mg per week 300mg 2x a week
Week 1 - 8 Anavar 50mg per day
Week 1 - 10 Proviron 50mg per day
Week 1 - 10 Arimedex 0.5mg every 2 days
I also plan to run hcg through the cycle and am thinking of adding the peptide ghrp- 6
Pct - clomid 100/100/50/50 Nolva - 40/40/20/20
Diet -
Meal 1 - 150g oats/ bannana chopped in with the oats/2 scoops whey/2 fish oil caps, multi-vitamin
Meal 2 - 2 tins of tuna/2 pieces wholemeal bread
Meal 3 - 200g of chicken/100g brown rice/
Post workout - 2 scoops whey
Meal 4 - 100g white rice/ 2 tins tuna/2 fish oil caps
Meal 5 - 200g chicken

How about an egg or two and a bunch of egg whites instead of powder for the first meal? veggies with a bunch of the meals
